Hi, I’m Kendra Lam—a Hong Kong–born Canadian artist based in Coquitlam, British Columbia. I work primarily in acrylic, watercolour, and digital media, drawing inspiration from the natural world and the depth of human emotion.
After graduating from the BFA program at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, I worked as a graphic designer and teacher in Canada and in South Korea. In 2024, I returned to Canada with my family of 5 and back to the studio, actively creating for clients and exhibiting my personal work.
I have exhibited my art at the Coquitlam Public Library and participated in group exhibitions at Place Des Arts, North Van Arts, The Beaumont Studios’ B1 Gallery, Seymour Art Gallery, and, most recently, the Steveston Museum and Post Office. Commissions are held in Cafe Marie in downtown Vancouver and in private collections across Canada and the United States.
Thanks for visiting—feel free to explore my available work or get in touch about commissions.
